HIV LIFE CYCLE hiv aids virus is a RNA virus , they are specific to cell ( the cell which contains CD 4 molecule and co receptor CCR5 or CXCR5) . T-Helper cell i.e. Lymphocytes cell contain these molecules , so the virus attack to the Lymphocytes and binds with CD4 molecule with the help of CCR5 molecule and enter into the host cell i.e. Lymphocyte cell. The viral RNA then transcribes into DNA by help of an enzyme reverse transcriptase ,then the transcribed viral DNA enter into the nucleus of the host cell and attaches to the host DNA with the help of entegrase, and by the help of host mechanism the viral DNA transcribes several mRNA , the so formed mRNA comes out from nucleus and form long chain of protein by the process called translation. The long chain of protein molecule cut into pieces by viral protease enzyme and then functional viral protein and viral RNA gather toward host cell membrane and release as new virus , by the process called viral budding. In this way a lots of virus born from a single Lymphocyte cell and damages the Lymphocyte cell showing a symptom called HIV AIDS positive, year after year the Lymphocyte count will dicrease creating HIV AIDS.
